Foundation or Extended Programmes
Intermediate / Higher Secondary Certificate:
- Completion of Intermediate Part 1 with at least 60% marks in a minimum of 4 subjects.
- Year 12 (HSC) or Polytechnic Diploma: At least 50% marks overall with passes in a maximum of 4 subjects with 40% in relevant subjects being assessed during that year.
Undergraduate Programmes For Entry Onto Year 1
- Students having a Secondary School Certificate (intermediate or FA/FSc) must have a minimum percentage of 70.
- Holders of the International Baccalaureate Diploma having 26 points or more are also eligible for admission to bachelor’s degree programs.
- Candidates having a two-year bachelor’s degree must have a minimum score of 60%
- Candidates having a three-year bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of 60% marks for second-year entry. Note: The decision of admission for such candidates will be made on an individual basis and your previous course must closely relate to the one you are applying to.
Postgraduate Programmes
For students holding a four-year bachelor’s degree, they need a minimum of 60% marks or a GPA of 3.0 in their degrees to get admission to a master’s degree at Wrexham Glyndwr University.
